Cancellations and refunds

We take a 30% booking fee to secure your appointment, which comes off the cost of your treatment on the day.

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice and your booking fee will be refunded or moved to your new appointment. You can move your booking online up to 24 hours before, and cancel online up to 48 hours before. After that, just message us and we'll be happy to help.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, are charged at 100% of the treatment price.

If you have any concerns about your treatment, please get in touch as soon as you can and we'll do our best to put things right.
