New to CM Beauty & Aesthetics?
If it's your first visit, you're very welcome. Not sure which treatment is right for you? A 30-minute skin consultation costs £20, and the £20 comes off any facial you book afterwards. For aesthetic treatments, Charlotte always starts with a thorough consultation, so you can ask anything you like before deciding.
Booking and cancellations
You can book online at any time, or give us a call or send a message. We take a 30% booking fee to secure your appointment, which comes off the cost of your treatment on the day. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. You can read the full details in our cancellation and refund policy.
Some treatments, including all lash and tint treatments, need a patch test at least 24 hours beforehand, so it's worth booking that in good time if you have an event coming up.
